When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:

• Price comparisons include the product price plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total price in comparison to theNetRack.com's product price and lowest priced shipping method for that item.
• Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, rebates, promotional offers, or product-bundle pricing on the order.
• Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply to membership pricing.
• Our Best Price Guarantee is limited to up to three (3) of the same product, shipped to the same address.
• Our Best Price Guarantee is valid for 14 days after the purchase date.
• The competitor's business must be in the United States, verified and active for at least 12 months.
  
• The Best Price Guarantee is subject to change at any time.

If we cannot meet or beat the price, we will issue you a full refund for the cost of the product. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us and all applicable shipping cost.
